What does the starting budget cover?
From £7,999 including VAT. For a straightforward full refurbishment with panels throughout and a similar layout. Your choices and the work involved determine the final quote.
Can you replace just my bath?
Our service is a full bathroom refurbishment. We do not take on standalone bath replacements. Planning the whole room lets us coordinate the fittings, wall finishes and waterproofing.
Can I keep a bath and have a separate shower?
Sometimes, depending on the size and shape of the room. We assess the space and discuss whether separate fittings or a shower over the bath would work better.
Can the bath move to a different position?
We can explore a new layout. The room dimensions, pipework and drainage determine what is practical and what work is needed.
What bath sizes and materials can I choose?
We offer a range of acrylic and steel baths. The best choice depends on your room, comfort and budget; we will help you compare suitable options.
Do you check the walls and floor?
The condition of the walls and subfloor matters to the finished bathroom. We assess the preparation needed and include the planned work in your quotation.
Can I supply my own products?
Some customer-supplied products can be accommodated by prior agreement. We generally prefer to supply the majority so we can coordinate compatibility, delivery and aftercare. Our product warranty does not cover customer-supplied products or labour to remove or refit a faulty customer-supplied product.
Is the price fixed, and do I pay a deposit?
Once you accept your quotation and we confirm your installation date, the price for your agreed work is fixed. There is no deposit to secure your booking. Your quotation is valid for seven days, and installation dates remain subject to availability until confirmed.
