Additionally, we capture high-resolution macro photographs of various details, which we then meticulously examine on computers. This allows us to detect even the smallest imperfections, such as stray hairs.

We also maintain a continuous feedback loop. Whenever we identify an issue, we not only rectify it but also adapt our methods to prevent its recurrence. As a result, each resolved issue enhances our service, as we refine our processes to completely avoid such problems in the future. This ongoing cycle of feedback, combined with our commitment to constant improvement and specialization in bathrooms, makes us exceptionally skilled in our work.

We only book projects 90 days ahead due to rises prices. If you plan to undertake the project in the next 90 days, the sooner you get a quote, the higher the chances to find an available slot in our calendar.

We aim to send you the following Tuesday after the property visit. During very busy periods, it might take a little bit longer.

Our warranty comprehensively covers both the materials we provide and the quality of our workmanship. We aim to make the warranty process straightforward and stress-free – simply email us, and we’ll promptly address any issues that arise.

It’s crucial to highlight that our warranty extends to workmanship, a significant advantage. Unlike other companies that may only cover the product but not the labor for reinstallation, our warranty includes both. This is especially important for expensive tasks.

For instance, if a tray we supplied and installed develops a manufacturing defect, such as a crack within 2 years, we will replace it at no cost to you. In contrast, while other companies might replace the tray under warranty, they often do not cover the substantial cost of refitting, which for a tray can well exceed £3000, as it requires dismantling and reinstalling everything around it.

Yes, the price agreed upon at the beginning of the project will remain the same on the final invoice. We won’t add any additional charges unless they were agreed upon beforehand, regardless of any discoveries during the work.

Each quote comes with a list of optional extras and their prices. If you wish to include any of these, please inform us before the project commences.
