What areas do you cover?
We cover a limited area around Aberdeen to keep projects close to each other—and to our suppliers. This helps us reduce travel time, lower costs, and work more efficiently as a team. You can check if we cover your postcode by using our quote form.
Why choose a general contractor who specialises in bathrooms?
Because it’s the best of both worlds. We combine the technical know-how of a general contractor with in-depth bathroom expertise. Unlike basic bathroom fitters, we understand things like structural work and ventilation. And unlike generalists, we’ve refined every aspect of bathroom refurbishment to a high standard.
When is the right time to request a quote?
Please request a quote only when you’re ready to make a decision. We usually send it the next working day, it’s valid for 7 days, and we don’t reissue quotes for the same property if it expires.
Why is the quote valid for 7 days only?
Because supplier prices can change by up to 50% from week to week. A short validity period helps ensure your quote reflects real costs. In many cases, we purchase materials as soon as you decide, protecting us both from sudden price hikes.
Why do you offer only one quote per customer/project?
Because it’s more efficient to focus on customers ready to go ahead. Preparing quotes—especially with 3D scans—takes time and storage, which adds to our costs. If a quote expires, we don’t reissue it, as prices may have changed and customers rarely accept a higher price later. To keep things fair and efficient, we only provide one quote per project.
What range of projects do you specialise in?
We specialise in full bathroom refurbishments, especially complex ones. With our background as general contractors, we’re often able to find solutions where others say it can’t be done—whether it’s layout changes or challenging designs
How long does it take to receive a quote?
In most cases, we send the quote the next working day. Only very complex projects that require internal discussion may take a bit longer.
What does the warranty cover?
It covers all the workmanship and materials that we supply. Our warranty service is one of the best you will find. We rely a lot on word of mouth, and offering a good warranty service guarantees us that those customers will recommend us to friends and family.
Is the price fixed?
Yes, this is very important. We are one of the only businesses that offer a fixed price, no matter what we find during fitting.
How long is the warranty?
The length of the warranty depends on the package you choose. We offer three options with each quote: Value, Balanced, and High-End. These packages come with warranties of 1, 3, and 5 years, respectively.
What are the average prices?
We primarily work in the mid-market, where most bathroom refurbishments fall between £10,000 and £20,000. This is where the majority of our customers sit, with the final cost depending on the size of the room, the layout changes involved, and the level of finishes chosen.
For smaller bathrooms, it is sometimes possible to work to a lower budget, typically around £7,000–£8,000, but this is very much the lower limit for a full refurbishment done properly.
We deliberately avoid projects with very tight budgets, as they usually require too many compromises in materials, preparation, and longevity. While you may see bathrooms advertised for £3,000–£4,000, these often come with shortcuts that lead to problems later and the need to redo the bathroom much sooner than expected.
At the other end of the scale, we also don’t operate in the ultra-high-end market (£30,000–£40,000+). If you’re looking to spend at that level, a full showroom-led experience is likely to be a better fit.
Our focus is on delivering well-designed, durable bathrooms that offer genuine long-term value, without unnecessary compromises or inflated showroom pricing.
