Our warranty comprehensively covers both the materials we provide and the quality of our workmanship. We aim to make the warranty process straightforward and stress-free—simply email us, and we’ll promptly address any issues that arise.

Unlike many other companies that may only cover the product itself but not the labour for reinstallation, our warranty includes both. This is especially crucial for more costly tasks where proper installation is key.

For example, if a tray we supplied and installed develops a manufacturing defect, such as a crack, within 2 years, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. In contrast, while some companies might replace the tray under warranty, they often don’t cover the substantial cost of refitting. This cost can exceed £3,000, as it involves dismantling and reinstalling everything around the tray. With us, you’re fully protected, ensuring peace of mind and safeguarding your investment.

Yes, the price agreed upon at the start of the project is fixed and will remain the same on the final invoice. We won’t add any extra charges unless they were agreed upon beforehand, regardless of any unexpected findings during the work.

The length of the warranty depends on the package you choose. We offer three options with each quote: Value, Balanced, and High-End. These packages come with warranties of 1, 3, and 5 years, respectively.
