A bathroom should be a pleasure to live with long after the fitting is finished. Our packages include up to five years’ warranty, so you know who to turn to if a covered problem needs attention.

The warranty covers our workmanship and the products we supply and install, subject to your package terms and maintenance requirements.

Your bathroom is fitted by our in-house team, working in Aberdeen and selected nearby areas. You know who is responsible for the project and who to contact if you need help afterwards.

There’s no deposit to secure your booking, and we invoice once the agreed work is complete. You don’t have to pay in advance for a bathroom that hasn’t been fitted.

Book your visit when you’re seriously considering the refurbishment and expect to be able to make a decision within seven days of receiving your quotation.

Why is the quotation valid for seven days?

Supplier prices, product availability and our installation diary can change. The seven-day validity period gives you a clear window to consider the offer on the terms provided.

Once you accept the quotation and we confirm your installation date, your price for the agreed work is fixed.

Expired quotations require a fresh review. A replacement is subject to availability and cannot automatically be offered on the same terms.

What kinds of projects do you undertake?

We specialise in complete bathroom refurbishments, including shower rooms, ensuites, wetrooms and cloakrooms.

We also assess projects involving a different layout or the creation of a new bathroom space. Tell us what you would like to achieve, and we’ll consider what is practical for your property.

How soon will I receive my quotation?

We usually email your quotation the next working day after the visit. More complex projects may take a little longer where we need to review the proposed work in greater detail.

What does the warranty cover, and how long does it last?

Your warranty covers our workmanship and the products we supply and install, subject to the package terms and maintenance requirements.

Value includes a one-year warranty, Balanced includes three years, and Premium includes five years.

The warranty period follows your package, not the individual product range you choose. Customer-supplied products, and labour to remove or refit them if they are faulty, are not covered.

Is the quoted price fixed?

Yes. Once your quotation is accepted and the installation date is confirmed, the price for the agreed work is fixed, including if we uncover unexpected issues during fitting.

Changes or optional upgrades you request are discussed and priced separately before we proceed. This keeps the distinction clear between the work already agreed and anything you choose to add.

How long will the fitting take?

Most bathroom refurbishments take 5–8 working days. The size of the room, layout changes, tiling, preparation and drying times can affect the programme.

We’ll discuss the expected timescale for your bathroom before work begins.

What happens if this is our only bathroom?

Let us know when we discuss the project. We will usually keep a working toilet available for most of the refurbishment, especially overnight.

We’ll explain the likely disruption for your particular layout so you can plan around the work.

How much should I budget?

Complete refurbishment packages start from £7,999 for smaller or straightforward bathrooms, including materials and labour.

As a guide, smaller or straightforward projects are typically in the £8,000–£10,000 range. Medium-sized bathrooms or more involved refurbishments may fall around £10,000–£14,000. Larger, premium or particularly complex projects can be £14,000 or more.

These are guide ranges, not fixed package prices. Your room, product choices and agreed work determine the final quotation.
