Each project is different, but most likely you’ll have one or two weeks to accept our quote. After this, the price and availability is subject to change.
There are a series of variables that significantly affect the labour price for your bathroom. If you want to keep costs down, be careful with these:
Changing the layout can be very costly, but it really depends on what you want to move. By far the hardest to move is the toilet (since it has a very big waste pipe). Another one that is usually hard to modify is the drainage for the shower. Especially if you have a bathtub and you need the waste lowered, this can add a lot of labour time to the quote.
The time to change the layout is going to be dependent on how your house is built. If you have stud walls + suspended flooring, it’s going to be much easier to move things around. If you have solid brick walls or/and solid concrete floor, this is going to be by far the hardest thing to do.
Changing the flooring can be quite costly. If you want vinyl click flooring or tiles, the subfloor has to be very sturdy and level. In most cases this means replacing the subfloor with a sturdier subfloor + using some sort of leveler.
If you have concrete subfloor, this is going to be cheaper for you than for those with a suspended subfloor.
Having downlights is not very expensive, but fitting downlights mean that the ceiling would have to be replastered/repainted. Although it’s a relatively small area, the ceiling in a bathrooms take a lot of time to paint/replaster.
For this reason having a UPVC ceiling is going to be the same cost as plaster + painter. Although the materials are more expensive, the UPVC ceiling is faster to fit.
Tiling on the wall can take a lot of time and increases the labour cost significantly. The labour for fitting panels is the most affordable. Plaster + paint is somewhere in the middle when it comes to labour.
New extractor fan
Having a new extractor fan can be costly if you don’t have one at the moment. The worst case scenario is if you have a granite wall, it takes a very long time to drill, even when we use specialised tools.
Yes, this is really important. The warranty covers both the workmanship and the products that we supply. This is extremely important, especially when it comes to a bathroom since it can be very expensive and time consuming to rectify certain issues.
If comparing quotes, you should ask how long the warranty on the workmanship is. You’ll struggle to find anyone offering more than 6-12 months.
We try to be extremely good about warranty. If we supplied the item and fitted it, we’ll return for any sort of issues you might have. Just email us and this will get sorted asap.
We aim to start most projects in 3-4 weeks. Unfortunately this is not always achievable and the waiting time can easily jump to 2-3 months or more, depending on the period when you contact us.
We’re constantly working to find the right people and expand our team. This mean that in the future we should be able to offer earlier start dates.

We don’t have a single supplier where we procure the products. Almost everything is from different suppliers: toilets from a supplier that is best in toilets, flooring from a supplier best in flooring and so on.
It took us a long time to find the right suppliers for each category, it was a lot of trial and error.
After sending you the quote, you’ll get access to a series of brochures from where you can choose the bathroom products. There are different price ranges you can choose from.
We can go through various options for your bathroom. There are a lot of constraints when it comes to bathroom work, so you are limited to what you can achieve, but we can work together to find the best solution that works for you.
No, at the moment we can’t offer finance.
You can get instead a home improvement loan. You can use a website like MoneySupermarket to find a deal best suited for your circumstances.
