All Inclusive Bathrooms
From design to fitting, we can deal with the whole bathroom fitting process. No matter if you want a small bathroom refurbished or a luxury wetroom, arrange a visit with us.
You can do a variety of projects with us

From simple cloakrooms or makeovers
A simple cloakroom or simple bathroom refurbishment can significantly increase the comfort of your home.

Mid range refurbishments
Midrange projects are a good compromise between a luxury bathroom and a more budget friendly option.

Change of layout
Sometimes the bathroom has to be completely remodelled in order to suit your needs.

New bathrooms
You can add an ensuite to a room, create a cloakroom in a cupboard or transform a room into a modern bathroom.

Even Complex Wetrooms
A wetroom is one of the best options you can have in your bathroom. A little bit on the expensive side, but most high-end bathrooms in the UK, US, and most of Europe are wetrooms.
How much will it cost?
We would have to arrange a property visit in order to offer you an accurate quote, but you can find a rough guide below:

Easy Process
Getting someone to deal with everything is the easiest way to get your bathroom refurbished. We’ll deal with everything: waste disposal, sourcing materials, all the labour and final finishes.

Quick Completion
When it comes to a bathroom, it’s important to have it completed as soon as possible. Most of our bathroom refurbishments take between 5 and 7 days. During this period, we can make sure you have a working toilet most of the time.

3 Years Warranty
Don’t underestimate how important a good warranty is. We are probably the only contractor you’ll find offering a 3-year warranty on both the products and workmanship. While you’ll find many places advertising long warranties on products, this doesn’t include removing and refitting the product (which is usually the most expensive part). Our warranty process is one of the easiest to deal with.

All you need to do is complete a short from.
Then we’ll arrange a property visit during mutual convenient date/time which won’t take more than 15 minutes. That’s all.
Getting a Quote from us

1. Complete the form on our website
The reason why we prefer customers to complete the form first is that we can research the property. The address of your property gives us information on the type of house and, most of the time, we can find the actual plan of the house.

2. Wait for an email from us
It should take 2-3 working days in order to get back to you. If you haven’t heard from us in 2-3 days, please contact us.
Generally, we send two types of emails. In some cases, this is an email refusing to quote for your project. The main reasons for refusing a project are the location of the property (we cover certain areas, the size of the project (some projects are too small, some too large for our team) or requiring different skills.
If your project is something we can undertake, we’ll arrange a property visit to discuss further details. We tend to book appointments so they are not very far away from each other. This way we can maximise the number of appointments we can offer and reduce travel costs.

3. We’ll start working on a 3D design
In the past, we were reluctant to use 3D software since this was taking a lot of time and meant that we couldn’t send as many offers as possible.
In time we understood that it’s time well spent doing a 3D design. For this reason, unless a very basic design, we’ll put the project details into 3D design to make sure that everything fits properly. We don’t always send the designs to our customers, but for internal purposes we do 3D modelling for all medium or complex projects. This is why it takes at least several days to receive an offer.

4. If necessary, we’ll generate some computer renderings
Many times, in order to better visualise the space, we’ll generate computer renderings from the 3D designs. With enough work, this can generate almost photorealistic renders of what’s possible in your bathroom.

5. You’ll receive a detailed breakdown
You’ll receive a detailed breakdown with the offer. This will detail how much the labour, waste disposal, additional materials and bathroom suite would cost.
You’ll actually be able to customise the quote to a large extent. If you click on the underlined titles, it will take you to the relevant product catalogues. This saves a lot of time in choosing the products that you’d like.

6. After you receive the quote, you have access to our catalogues
From your computer, tablet, or phone, you can go through the various product options we can use in your bathroom. If you prefer, you can supply your own products, but it’s going to be much easier if you get someone to do everything for you.

7. Time to make a decision
For most of the quotes, we guarantee the price for 14 days. If you want to secure the price, you’ll have to accept our quote during these 14 days.
We’re more than happy to arrange another property visit if necessary.
We won’t be able to say for certain what dates we can start until we are close to booking your project in. It might be months or weeks until we can start your project, depending on the other booked projects, staff annual leave, and so on. If the date we can start is not available, then we can give you alternative dates until we find something mutually convenient.

No Deposits & Fixed Prices
There’s always a risk when you offer a deposit, for this reason we only ask for money after the work is completed. We’ll also invoice the same amount as we quoted, we won’t be adding a long list of extra charges like some other contractors do.
The Work Process
Great, you’ve accepted a quote from us. The dream bathroom is not far away.

1. Send us the final product options
If you haven’t done it yet, send us the product options for your bathroom no more than 2 weeks before starting the project. Of course, you can always keep the same products as initially preselected by us.

2. We will start early in the morning
We start most projects around 7:30AM in the morning and finish around 17:30AM, Monday to Friday.
We try to start most projects on a Monday (so we can finish on Friday if possible). The first few hours will be spent applying protective film from the front door to the bathroom, switching off the water supply (for around 30 minutes), and starting to remove the waste.

3. We’ll try to minimise the disruption for you as much as possible
We’ll try to remove the waste as quickly as possible, directly to the recycling centre. We’ll also tidy up every day, as much as possible.
We’ll also try to keep a working toilet most of the time (if it’s the only toilet in the house.

4. If there are no complications, on Friday evening the bathroom might be ready
We understand how important a bathroom is, so we try as much as possible to finish everything by Friday evening . This means that there will be 2-3 people working hard to finish everything on time.
Sometimes a bathroom is too complex and we have to return the following week. The main problems with not being able to finish on Friday are the wet trades like plastering or tiling. Especially in poorly insulated houses, it’s almost impossible for the plaster/cement to cure on time.

5. We’ll return in a few days to double check everything
We’ll come a few days after the project is completed to test everything again.

6. Time to enjoy your bathroom!
You’ll receive an invoice with the bank details. Don’t forget that you have a 3-year warranty, so rest assured that you’ve spent the money wisely.

7. Send us feedback
We understand that every company nowadays sends a feedback form. For us, this is much more important than for a large company, so we are extremely serious about feedback.
So, please offer us as much feedback as possible so we can improve our service further.
Do you have any questions? Ask us anything!
Or simply complete the form if you’re interested in a quote.

We don’t have a single supplier, but a compilation of products from different suppliers. It is a very careful process to choose which products we can supply. The price is not the only thing we’re concerned about; we also want to know the speed of delivery, possible return policy, and after sales service. It was a lot of trial and error until we found the right suppliers. The reviews don’t help that much since everybody has different expectations.
As a result, you’ll always be able to find cheaper products yourself if you prefer. There’s also a markup of 20–30% on products that allows us to cover our costs associated with storing, checking the products, and dealing with possible returns or warranties. For example, a very good supplier we used is Wolseley. They’re amazing. They have a lot of products in stock and are able to organise almost any product for collection on the very next date. Even with a trade discount, we pay around 20% more than the cheapest price you’d find online, but we’d always choose the higher price for the better service.
No, we already offer the best prices we can. There are ways to change the scope of the project to accommodate different budgets. If you let us know a certain budget, we can try to accommodate it.
You’ll notice that we try to be as transparent as possible with our pricing on our website. A bathroom project, despite our best efforts to minimise costs, is a costly project.
We try to be extremely good about warranty. If we supplied the item and fitted it, we’ll return for any sort of issues you might have. Just email us and this will get sorted asap.
The warranty covers both the workmanship and the products that we supply. This is extremely important, especially when it comes to a bathroom since it can be very expensive and time consuming to rectify certain issues.
It might be anything from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the project specifications. For certain projects, we have to get quotes for certain items that take time to process.
For us the enquiries come in waves. Sometime there are weeks when we have 5-6 times more enquiries than usual, and it’s hard to predict when this would happen. When this happens, we struggle to send all the quotes in a timely manner so it might be 2-3 weeks until we can deal with all the quotes.
If you don’t get your quote in around a week, feel free to contact us.
You should take a quote as soon as possible. Even if you don’t go ahead with the quote, we would be able to quickly update the quote if you decide to go ahead at some point in the future.
Yes, we will deal with everything for your project.
It depends on the project, but we can consider projects in Aberdeen, Dundee and Edinburgh.

New cloakroom
New cloakroom created in the space under stairs.
Claude’s tradesmen fitted a new bathroom for us last January, very efficient, tidy and polite, job completed well within the timeframe specified. Over a year later I developed a small problem with the bathroom sink- within a couple of hours of Claude’s being contacted, someone was at my door and the problem was sorted straight away, v impressed, thank you!

Claude’s Tradesmen have just finished our bathroom renovation and we cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism, communication and workmanship. Within a week of contacting Claude, he had been out to see our bathroom, had received a very competitive quote and a confirmed project date. From the time the guys started work to the finish, they were punctual, polite, friendly and their workmanship, excellent. They left everything clean and tidy at the end of the day. We couldn’t even get them to accept a coffee, when offered. They also did a tremendous job of changing our existing built in shower to a cupboard. They went out of their way to fit in with us when the vanity unit I had ordered, did not arrive until the week after they were due to finish the renovation. We had ordered everything else for the bathroom from Claude and it is all of very good quality. Thank you guys for a job well done and we would have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Claude’s Tradesmen have just completed my fabulous bathroom. This was a complete renovation and re-build from tired old bathroom to modern shower room. These guys worked non stop with respect and absolute professionalism. I cannot praise them highly enough for the brilliant job they did. They turned up every morning at the stated time and were there until the job was finished. Now I have the perfect bathroom. Only problem………the rest of the house.
