2. Our highest package is created to deliver the finest service on the market, regardless of the higher costs. With this package, we are confident that no other service can match our quality for the same project scope.
3. The balanced package offers a mix of affordability and quality, providing an excellent middle ground.

The differences between our packages are as follows:

• Materials: The cost of materials, excluding the bathroom suite (which is a minor portion of the overall materials cost), varies significantly in quality and price. For instance, plumbing connectors can vary greatly in price. Though there’s not always a direct correlation between price and quality, we opt for more expensive, reliable options in our higher packages.
• Workmanship: We strive to provide the best work possible within the budget of each package. For example, laying vinyl click flooring ideally requires a perfectly flat and stable surface. For our value package, we might use an underlay to level imperfections. In contrast, for our balanced package, we might replace the subfloor and then lay the underlay for added stability. The high-end package involves completely replacing the old subfloor, laying a self-leveler, using underlay, and then the flooring, ensuring longevity.
• Warranty Risks: Offering a warranty is costly for us due to repair time. Higher packages come with a longer warranty, reflecting the higher budget that allows for the use of better quality products, which are less likely to fail.
• 3D Design: The process of creating a 3D design is time-consuming. For our most affordable package, we omit the 3D design to save costs. For the mid-range package, we include a basic 3D design, crucial for visualizing more complex projects. The highest package includes detailed Vray renders, simulating real-world conditions for a more accurate depiction of the final project.

Extras listed in our offer are not included in these packages and are available at an additional cost. The warranty level is linked to the chosen package and cannot be adjusted after the project begins.
