This bathroom refurbishment was all about practicality and making better use of the space. The customer no longer wanted a bathtub, so we replaced it with a quadrant shower enclosure and reworked the layout to suit their needs.
Before

- The toilet was moved onto the shower wall, taking advantage of the soil pipe vent.

- A vanity unit with drawers was installed on the opposite wall, allowing for a mirror directly above it.

- Panels were fitted in the splash zone for easy cleaning, while leaving a section of painted wall so the colour can be updated in future.

- Vinyl click flooring and a UPVC ceiling completed the room with low-maintenance finishes.

- Quadrant enclosure

A straightforward refurbishment, but one that has transformed the room into a more practical and comfortable space.
