The smallest wet room we’ve ever created. The great thing about this ensuite is that you can create a similar one in almost any bedroom since it takes so little space.
There’s a 360 photo at the end of the page that might give you a better idea of how small space actually is. Other features include: electric underfloor heating, the cistern is located in the loft, the vanity unit is wall hung, tiles all around, ceiling with UPVC panels, shaver socket, humidistat extractor fan and also we fitted downlights.
This a truly frameless shower, only two frameless bifold doors create a shower enclosure. These can be left closed during normal times so there’s more access to the toilet. This system could only be used in a wetroom. There are two things that allowed us to do so:
- Being a wetroom, the area where the shower is located is slightly sloped, the more you open the glass doors, the better-fixed doors become
- The standard magnetic strips for the bifold shower were replaced with custom ordered 45° ones, otherwise the doors wouldn’t close
