Green metro tiles continue into the shower and around the lower room. Basin furniture, a mirrored cabinet and underfloor heating add practical functions alongside the patterned floor.
A dedicated place to shower
The shower has its own defined area, with clear glass preserving the view through the room. Separating this washing space from the basin gives each fitting a clear purpose. The screen helps contain spray while leaving the surrounding finishes visible. A useful bathroom layout considers the places for washing, drying and moving between fittings together.
Storage fitted into the layout
Fitted cupboards provide enclosed storage beside the basin, keeping spare products close without putting everything on display. The worktop links the furniture and gives small items a temporary place during washing. Bringing storage into the fitted arrangement allows the room’s useful surfaces to serve daily tasks instead of becoming the permanent home for every bottle.
Warmth within the finished room
The radiator provides a heating feature within the room and a clear position for it on the wall. Its finish forms part of the bathroom’s overall palette, bringing a necessary fitting into the design. The result is a coordinated arrangement in which the heating, washing facilities and useful wall space have been considered together.
Warmth beneath the tiled floor
Underfloor heating adds warmth beneath the tiles when operating. It brings this comfort into the floor rather than requiring another visible fitting in the same area. The tiled finish remains part of the room’s coordinated appearance, combining a consistent surface with a useful feature for the moments spent moving between the basin and washing area.
A coordinated tiled finish
The tiles connect the washing areas through a consistent wall finish. Their pattern and colour provide a backdrop for the fittings rather than introducing unrelated surfaces at every corner. Keeping the finish coherent lets the useful details stand out: storage near washing areas, clear positions for the sanitaryware and surfaces that can be cared for as part of the normal routine.
