Toilets are very difficult to move, and sometimes it is impossible without building a large box running through the room. The situation is different when there is a bathtub, as we can sometimes fit the bath where the old toilet used to be and run the toilet pipe underneath it. In this case, that allowed us to change the layout so the bathroom could have both a shower and a bath, whereas before it only had a bath.
