Small details at floor level can make a newly fitted bathroom feel more considered. In this project, we replaced the skirting board with wall panels cut to size, allowing the furniture doors and skirting to align neatly. Rather than introducing a separate timber finish, the lower edge becomes part of the room’s overall design. Planning the join between furniture, walls and floor helps the finished bathroom feel coherent down to its smallest details.
