This marks the first time we have worked for three different generations of the same family. Around 7–8 years ago, the grandmother was the first to use our services for a bathroom refurbishment. Around 2 years ago, her daughter had her bathroom refurbished, and now the nephew has had his bathroom done by us.
The bathroom was redesigned to include a shower enclosure, a vanity unit with a mirror above it, tiled flooring, and wall panels throughout. We installed an electric radiator, with the added benefit of being controllable by phone. We also fitted a shaver socket, a round mirror, a dual thermostatic shower, downlights, and a UPVC ceiling.
There was also a bit more work than usual in terms of drainage, as the drainage level was higher than expected. To avoid creating a step, we had to completely alter the drainage outside and drill a new waste pipe from the exterior.
All in all, it is now a much improved space and far easier to maintain.
