An extra cupboard is useful, but its door can interrupt the bathroom layout. In this project, we closed the bathroom entrance to an existing cupboard and provided access from the adjoining room instead. The storage remained available to the household, while the bathroom gained a more continuous wall. Before sacrificing storage, we consider whether changing where you reach it could make both rooms work better.
