We recently completed a full bathroom refurbishment in an older flat with solid floors and walls, which presented some design limitations. Despite these constraints, we created a modern and highly functional space tailored to the client’s needs.
The new design features:
• A spacious vanity unit paired with an elegant LED mirror, adding both style and practicality.
• A curved shower enclosure equipped with a dual electric shower for versatility and convenience, alongside a tap filler—ideal for practical uses such as filling buckets.
• A back-to-wall toilet integrated into a sleek unit for a clean and streamlined look.
• A ceiling finished with UPVC panelling and fitted with downlights, creating a bright and fresh atmosphere.
• A chrome towel radiator, offering warmth and a polished aesthetic.
• A 12V extractor fan, safely installed inside the shower area to enhance ventilation.
This refurbishment harmonises functionality and modern design while respecting the character of the flat’s original structure.
