Our customer was preparing their flat for rental and wanted to ensure it looked modern, stylish, and easy to maintain for future tenants. We installed a sleek B-shaped bathtub, providing extra space for a more comfortable showering experience. A minimalist thermostatic shower adds a touch of elegance while ensuring precise temperature control for future tenants’ convenience. The new vanity unit, with both drawers and doors, offers plenty of space to keep the bathroom organised, while the back-to-wall toilet within a unit adds to the streamlined, clutter-free look.
Given that the property tends to be on the colder side, we also fitted a very large towel radiator to ensure warmth and comfort. A better extractor fan was installed to manage humidity and prevent dampness, essential in ensuring low-maintenance upkeep. The bathroom walls were fully fitted with modern, easy-to-clean panels, and we laid down vinyl click flooring, known for its durability and ease of cleaning—perfect for both the landlord and future tenants. Finally, we installed a simple yet effective mirror to complete the modern look.
By choosing these practical and stylish upgrades, the flat is now not only more appealing to renters but also easier to maintain, reducing long-term upkeep costs for the landlord.

The bathroom was completely refurbished with thoughtful attention to space and functionality. Instead of the original rectangular shower enclosure, we installed a curved one to maximise room. To make the bathroom more child-friendly, we built a custom tile surround around the bathtub, perfect for storing toys. The radiator pipes were relocated to the wall, addressing previous cleaning difficulties under the radiators.
