Full Bathroom Refurbishment Focused on Comfort and Modern Design
We completely redesigned the layout of this bathroom to enhance both functionality and style. The bathtub was rotated, and a space-saving P-shaped model was installed in front of the window, creating a more open feel while maintaining a comfortable bathing experience. The old wooden ceiling was upgraded to plaster with sleek downlights, adding a brighter, modern atmosphere. A modern anthracite towel radiator replaced the outdated style, providing both heat and a convenient place to warm towels.
For convenience and aesthetics, we installed a back-to-wall close-coupled toilet and an 800mm anthracite vanity unit with two spacious, soft-close drawers, perfect for organised storage. In the shower area, we used mid-grey large tiles (600×300) for a contemporary look, continuing half-height tiling on the remaining walls for a seamless design. The window surround was fully tiled to ensure long-lasting waterproofing, ideal for maintaining a low-maintenance, clean look.
A chrome thermostatic dual shower offers luxurious control of temperature and water flow, while a larger LED mirror with demister function adds both style and practicality. Dark slate vinyl click flooring enhances durability and ease of cleaning, perfect for busy households. The untiled sections of the walls were plastered and painted white to create a crisp, fresh finish.
This refurbishment combines modern aesthetics with practical features to make daily life more comfortable and enjoyable, ensuring a bathroom that is not only beautiful but also functional for years to come.
