The largest cabinet that fits is not always the most useful choice. In this bathroom, choosing a 600 mm vanity instead of an 800 mm model freed up an extra 200 mm beside the toilet. The vanity still provides storage, while the neighbouring fitting has more breathing room. We look at the space people need around each fitting, as well as the dimensions of the fittings themselves.
