We don’t usually take on cloakroom refurbishments unless they involve a bit more complexity, as the size of our team makes smaller projects less cost-effective. However, this cloakroom was an exception—it was larger than a standard bathroom, and the scope of work went well beyond a typical full refurbishment.
For this project, we renewed the subfloor to eliminate squeaking, installed wall-to-wall units, and fitted an overmounted basin with a sleek wall-mounted tap. The radiator was neatly plumbed with pipes concealed within the wall, and we added three downlights to enhance the space. The room was fully plastered and painted, with indigo units providing a striking contrast. The toilet area features built-in shelving on either side, and we incorporated an LED strip beneath the units for a stylish touch. The floor was tiled, and half-height tiling was used throughout the rest of the room to complete the look.
