Our client wanted to upgrade their bathroom to create a more modern and functional space. One key request was a steel bathtub with grab handles, adding both a sleek, contemporary look and practical safety for everyday use. Given that the room tends to be quite cold, we installed two radiators to ensure warmth and comfort, even during the colder months.
To provide flexibility in future design choices, the customer requested one wall to be painted, allowing them to easily refresh the colour when desired. The other walls were tiled using elegant grey tiles with slightly darker grey grout, delivering a stylish yet understated finish that’s easy to clean and maintain. We also installed durable and low-maintenance vinyl click flooring, perfect for busy households.
For added convenience, we fitted an inline extractor fan to help reduce moisture and keep the bathroom fresh. The ceiling was plastered and painted for a smooth, flawless finish, and we replaced the window surround with tiles, offering a cleaner and more modern appearance.
In addition, the bathroom units were custom-built to match the room’s exact specifications, ensuring a unique and tailored design that meets both aesthetic preferences and practical needs.
This project not only elevated the room’s visual appeal but also enhanced comfort, safety, and functionality for everyday living.

The bathroom was completely refurbished with thoughtful attention to space and functionality. Instead of the original rectangular shower enclosure, we installed a curved one to maximise room. To make the bathroom more child-friendly, we built a custom tile surround around the bathtub, perfect for storing toys. The radiator pipes were relocated to the wall, addressing previous cleaning difficulties under the radiators. We installed a back-to-wall, close-coupled toilet to conceal as much pipework as possible. The soil pipe was neatly boxed in with tiles for a cleaner look.
