In this recent full bathroom refurbishment, we created a luxurious and highly functional space, perfect for modern living. The walls were fully tiled with elegant marble-effect tiles, bringing a timeless, classic look to the bathroom. We used larger, matching tiles for the floors, adding to the sense of spaciousness and seamless design.
A standout feature is the freestanding bathtub, which adds an air of sophistication and creates a striking focal point. Positioned against the wall, the sleek wall-mounted tap enhances the minimalist aesthetic, allowing for easy access and a clean, uncluttered look. Next to the bath, a quadrant shower enclosure with a dual thermostatic shower offers a relaxing and invigorating experience, ensuring consistent water temperature and flow.
At the end of the bathtub, we included two illuminated recesses, ideal for displaying decorative items or storing toiletries. These features not only add to the aesthetic appeal but also provide practical storage solutions. The ceiling was given a fresh finish with plaster and paint, and we installed downlights to create a well-lit, welcoming environment.
For added warmth and convenience, we fitted a towel radiator with pipes hidden in the wall, creating a neat and tidy finish. The wall-hung vanity unit provides ample storage space while maintaining a streamlined appearance, complemented by a modern LED cabinet that offers both style and functionality.
Additionally, the inclusion of a shaver socket and a dual toothbrush charger ensures the bathroom is fully equipped for modern needs, eliminating the hassle of managing multiple devices. The close-coupled toilet provides a compact yet comfortable solution, while the inline extractor fan helps maintain a fresh and airy environment.
To complete the design, we used grey grout, which not only adds a contemporary touch but also makes maintenance easier, as it is more forgiving of dirt and wear than traditional white grout.
This bathroom renovation not only transforms the space into a luxurious retreat but also ensures practicality and ease of use for everyday life. The combination of thoughtful design, quality materials, and modern conveniences creates a bathroom that is both stylish and functional—ideal for anyone looking to enhance their home.

The bathroom was completely refurbished with thoughtful attention to space and functionality. Instead of the original rectangular shower enclosure, we installed a curved one to maximise room. To make the bathroom more child-friendly, we built a custom tile surround around the bathtub, perfect for storing toys. The radiator pipes were relocated to the wall, addressing previous cleaning difficulties under the radiators.
