We recently completed a full ensuite refurbishment, transforming it into a stylish and highly functional wetroom. Despite the open nature of a wetroom, we incorporated a carefully positioned screen to keep the rest of the room dry, ensuring a comfortable and clean experience.
To maximise space and storage, we replaced the old vanity unit with a sleek, wall-hung alternative, complete with practical storage solutions. An LED cabinet mirror not only adds a modern touch but also ensures excellent lighting, making everyday grooming easier. The added shaver socket and dual toothbrush charger provide convenient power options, designed with the modern household in mind.
The room is beautifully finished with luxurious marble-effect tiles, creating a cohesive and elegant look. We used 600×300 tiles on the walls and 600×600 tiles on the floor, giving the space a sophisticated, high-end feel. For comfort and efficiency, we installed a close-coupled toilet and a stylish towel radiator with hidden wall-fed pipes, offering a streamlined and tidy appearance.
The shower area features a dual thermostatic shower for a powerful and consistent water flow, along with a handy recessed shelf for storing toiletries, keeping everything neat and within reach. The ceiling was plastered and painted, with energy-efficient downlights installed to brighten the space. We also added a powerful inline extractor fan to ensure excellent ventilation and prevent moisture build-up, keeping the room fresh and clean.
This ensuite transformation is designed for both style and practicality, offering a modern, low-maintenance solution that enhances the functionality of the space while delivering a touch of luxury.
