Appointments are usually straightforward and take around 30 minutes or less, although more complex projects may take up to an hour. During the visit, we’ll discuss what you’d like to achieve, answer any questions you may have, and take a 3D scan of the room. We aim to send your quotation by the next working day.
Please note that our quotations are valid for 7 days. Once a quotation has expired, we do not normally provide a new quotation for the same project.
If you’re planning to obtain several quotations, we kindly ask that you book an appointment with us once you’re reasonably close to making a decision. This helps us avoid unnecessary visits and keeps appointment availability open for customers who are ready to move forward.
