We recently had the pleasure of working with a client who was looking to upgrade their small bathroom to a more functional and stylish space. Our solution was a game-changer – we removed the bathtub and fitted a quadrant shower enclosure that maximizes the floor space, while also incorporating custom fitted units for added storage.
This layout works particularly well in small bathrooms where storage is a top priority. The units we custom built were wall-to-wall, with a countertop unit that provided ample storage and surface space. We used light colors in the room, along with marble effect panels on the walls, to create a bright and airy feel that made the space feel larger than it actually was.
We also added downlights to allow for more light in the space, along with a towel radiator that added a touch of style and comfort. To make sure every inch of the space was well-designed and functional, we even fitted a mirror on the side of the sink since the window didn’t allow for anything else.
To address the issue of poor ventilation in the old bathroom, we also fitted an extractor fan that not only improved the air quality in the space, but also added a modern and functional touch.
Even the window surround was replaced with panels to create a cohesive and modern look that tied the whole space together.
