Do you cover all the trades?
We provide comprehensive services for every aspect of bathroom projects, ensuring you won’t need to seek out any additional tradespeople for your renovation.
While we specialize in all trades related to bathroom refurbishments, our focus remains exclusively on these projects. Therefore, we are unable to offer quotes for other types of work in different areas of the house.
What does the warranty cover?
Your warranty covers our workmanship and the products we supply and install, subject to the terms and maintenance requirements. The period depends on your package: Value — 1 year; Balanced — 3 years; Premium — 5 years. Choosing a standard or premium product does not by itself change the package warranty.
Is the price fixed?
Yes, this is very important. We are one of the only businesses that offer a fixed price, no matter what we find during fitting.
Can I supply my own bathroom products?
We can accommodate some customer-supplied products by prior agreement, but generally prefer to supply the majority of products. This helps us check compatibility, coordinate deliveries and provide aftercare. Customer-supplied products are not covered by our product warranty, and labour to remove or refit a faulty customer-supplied product is not covered.
Let’s say you buy a concealed shower that fails. Although the place you bought the item from might give you a replacement, you’ll still have to pay for the replacement labour (which is usually more than the cost of the item). In the shower case, if we would have supplied it, then all the liability to replace would be on us.
How long is the warranty?
The length of the warranty depends on the package you choose. We offer three options with each quote: Value, Balanced, and Premium. These packages come with warranties of 1, 3, and 5 years, respectively.
Do you offer a 3D design?
Yes, we can offer you a 3D design and renders to show you how your selected options would look like in your bathroom at no extra cost. We can offer multiple designs, until we find the right solution for you.
Due to how long this process takes, a design takes at least 4-5 hours and sometimes it can take 10-15, so we only provide this service to customers that already accepted our quote.
