To keep our pricing accurate, we currently only book projects up to 90 days in advance. Material prices, labour costs and availability can change quickly, so this helps us make sure the price we quote is realistic and can be honoured.

Before preparing a quote, we also check that your project is suitable for us and that we currently have availability to undertake it. For this reason, our quotes are guaranteed for 7 days only.

If a quote expires, it cannot simply be extended. We may need to review the project again and, during busy periods, we may not be able to offer another quote at all.

We therefore recommend booking an appointment when you are seriously considering having the work carried out and are in a position to make a decision within 7 days of receiving your quote.

If you are still at the early research or ideas stage, we recommend waiting until you are closer to making a decision before booking your appointment. Once a quote is accepted and a date is secured in our calendar, your agreed price is fixed, even if our material or labour costs increase afterwards.
