The typical requirements for a project include:
- Plasterboard
- Various timber products, such as CLS
- Plumbing materials, including connectors, pipes, waste, and isolating valves
- Insulation
- Plaster and Paint
- Screws
- Cleaning and Protective materials
- Adhesives, Grout, and Self-leveling compounds
- Trims
- Sealants
- Wires
- Consumables, like worktop jig cutters, sandpaper, blades, and masking tape
Occasionally, we include additional items such as UPVC ceilings or extractor fans in the quote. These items, though not significantly expensive to warrant individual detailing, will be explicitly mentioned in the project scope if included.
