For extra peace of mind, we also offer a best price guarantee on a like-for-like basis, provided the quote is for the same scope, materials and terms, including fixed pricing and warranty. This is important, because many bathroom quotes can increase once hidden issues are uncovered. Ours does not.

Why We Only Do Full Refurbishments
We don’t take on patch-up jobs. That’s because the real work lies behind the tiles and fittings — in the plumbing, flooring, walls and structure. The visible suite and finishes usually make up less than 30% of the job.
Many contractors cut corners by leaving old floors, walls or pipework in place. But without a solid foundation, even the most stylish bathroom won’t last.
We’ve seen the risks first-hand. In one recent project, the bathroom looked fine on the surface — but underneath, the floor joists were completely rotted from a long-term leak. They were so unsafe that someone could easily have fallen through a two-metre drop. Problems like this are common in bathrooms over 10 years old.
That’s why we start fresh:
- Remove everything back to the structure
- Insulate walls for warmth and efficiency
- Update all plumbing
- Reinforce floors and ceilings
- Waterproof critical areas
- Seal between baths/showers and walls
- Fit new ceilings and lighting
