1. Booking a Visit
Getting started is simple. Fill out the quote form on our website and, if your project and postcode fall within our scope, you’ll automatically receive a link to book a visit.
2. Your Quote
You’ll usually receive your personalised quote by email the next working day. If it hasn’t arrived, just let us know and we’ll follow it up.
3. Choosing a Package
Your quote will include three clear package options:
- Value Package – A budget-friendly option focusing on the essentials, with a 1-year warranty.
- Mid-Range Package – Our most popular option, including a 3-year warranty, 3D design, and credit to use on various upgrades
- Premium Package – A full experience with a 5-year warranty, 3D design, and even more credit to use on various upgrades
4. Choosing Products
We’ll include links in your quote to recommended products. You’re welcome to browse and select your favourites. Choosing from these links ensures your quoted price stays the same.
5. Optional Upgrades
You can further personalise your bathroom with optional extras, such as underfloor heating or premium finishes.
6. Booking a Start Date
Once you’re happy to proceed, simply email us to check available start dates.
7. Product Selections & 3D Design
Please send us your chosen product codes (from the quote links) at least 10 days before your project starts. If your package includes a 3D design, we’ll send it over for review based on your final selections.
8. Installation
We’ll start work on the agreed date and aim to complete the project as efficiently as possible. Depending on the scope, simpler projects typically take around 4–5 working days, while more complex refurbishments can take 9–10 working days.
