We’ll try to explain each part in order to understand why this breakdown is so important.
There are basically two parts in our quote. The first one represents the labour price, additional materials needed in order to fit the products and waste disposal. You can see below what we mean.
This part is the very important since it gives you an idea on how much the project would cost without us supplying the materials. We even allow you to dispose the waste yourself if you want to save as much money as possible.
The second part are the supply and fit products. This looks like this:
The second part shows the products that we would supply and how much these costs. It might not seem relevant now, but the first column has clickable links to our in-house catalogues. Then you can see dimensions, prices and various details for many different products. In each category you have at least 10-15 choices, many of them including brands like Mira, Grohe, Roca, Rak and so on.
This is really important since you can choose to supply your own. It helps you understand what you need for your project and you can order them easily with someone else if you want. Of course, we have a small mark-up on products since we have to offer warranty on them, but our prices should be quite affordable. But no pressure here, we are contractors and we don’t push people to buy the products that we supply, our revenue comes from the labour charge.
And, finally, you’ll have the total price with the products and labour. Once you made the choices for the products, if you want to change something, then we can send you the updated quote.
