Large tiles
We prefer using large tiles as they provide the cleanest, most minimalistic finish. With fewer grout lines, they are easier to maintain and create a seamless look. When paired with epoxy grout (available at an additional cost unless specified in your quote), they offer superior durability and water resistance, making them the best choice for both walls and floors—outperforming smaller tiles and panels in terms of practicality and longevity.

Hexagon tiles
Hexagon tiles add a touch of style and character, with a pattern that stands out in both modern and traditional bathrooms.

Small tiles
Small tiles can be more challenging to install and require more maintenance over time due to the increased amount of grout. However, they can create a stunning visual impact. If your goal is to impress guests or the bathroom sees less frequent use—meaning less cleaning—small tiles can be an excellent choice for adding character and style.

Antislip tiles
If you need anti slip tiles, you can choose from the following:

Wood effect
These add a touch of warmth to the room. The first option, the wall tiles, can serve as a stylish feature within the space—for example, a slatted wood-effect design on the vanity unit wall complemented by a darker shade elsewhere.

Grout
Please choose a grout colour from the options below.

Tile Trims
Please choose from the following options.

The way we work means we don’t keep tile samples. However, we understand that some people prefer to see tiles in person, so as an alternative to our catalogue tiles, we can use tiles from Topps Tiles, as long as the price does not exceed £70 per m².
Please note that choosing from our online catalogues is usually more reliable for delivery times. Local showrooms generally act as a middleman and place orders with suppliers rather than holding stock, which can sometimes lead to delays. In the past, we’ve had situations where orders didn’t arrive on time and we had to source alternative tiles.
Epoxy grout offers exceptional durability, superior water and stain resistance, and maintains consistent color over time, making it ideal for high-moisture areas like bathrooms. Unlike cement grout, it doesn’t discolor significantly when wet. However, its application is more complex, typically resulting in higher labor costs.
Please note that our standard service does not include epoxy grout unless explicitly stated in your quote. For a detailed estimate regarding the additional cost of using epoxy grout, kindly reach out to us via email, and we will promptly provide you with a tailored price assessment.
For an additional cost, you can get the following:
- Underfloor Heating: Tiles are ideal for underfloor heating as they conduct heat well.
- Epoxy Grout: A much stronger, waterproof grout with superior properties.
Please note that your quote might already include some of these items. If it doesn’t, and you’re interested, let us know and we can provide the additional cost for these options.
Generally, selecting bigger tiles means less grout is needed. We aim for thin grout lines to reduce grout usage. After calculating for various tile sizes, we found that the total grout length for our smallest tile (200x65mm) is 40 times more than that for our largest tile (1200x600mm).
For a room 2 metres by 1.7 metres, fully tiled, we’ll use approximately the following:
Large tiles
- With 300x600mm tiles, 51.9 meters of grout line
- With 600x600mm tiles, 42.6 meters of grout line
- With 1200x600mm tiles (the largest in our catalogues), 10.8 metres of grout line
Small tiles
- 330x330mm tiles, 104.9 meters of grout line
- 200×200, 189.3 meteres of grout line
- 200x100mm (standard subway tiles), 295.5 of grout line
- 200×65 (the smallest tiles available in our catalogues), 409.6 of grout line
