This was a full layout transformation, where we replaced the existing shower enclosure with an L-shaped bathtub, as the owners wanted a more family-friendly space for when their grandchildren visit.
We installed click vinyl flooring and full wall panels throughout the room for a sleek, low-maintenance finish. The new layout includes a wall-mounted vanity unit, a floating toilet, and a matching floating storage unit to maximise floor space and create a modern, open feel.
To accommodate the floating toilet, we slightly extended the half-height boxing to house the concealed cistern, making use of the space efficiently. We also adjusted the toilet waste pipe and created recesses in the boxing to neatly integrate the radiator.
Additional features include two recesses above the radiator for extra storage or display, and an illuminated niche within the bath/shower area for added convenience and style. All metal finishes, including the downlights, were chosen in chrome to maintain a clean, contemporary look.
