1. Doing Your Research
We believe informed decisions lead to better results. That’s why our website is packed with examples of past projects, bathroom ideas, and product options to help you explore what’s possible.
For rough price estimates, head to our Pricing page. If you’re not quite sure what you’re looking for yet, it’s worth browsing a few of our project photos and suggestions—you might spot the perfect fit for your space.
2. Booking a Visit
It’s easy to get started. Simply fill out the quote form on our website. If your project and postcode fall within our scope, you’ll automatically receive a link to schedule a visit.
3. Home Visit

We keep things efficient. Our visits usually take around 10–15 minutes. We’ll listen to your needs, offer advice if you’d like it, and carry out a quick 3D scan—this gives us exact measurements and around 100 high-resolution photos to help us prepare your quote.
4. Your Quote

You’ll typically receive your personalised quote within a week via email. If it hasn’t landed by then, just drop us a message—we’ll chase it up.
5. Reviewing Your Options

We try to keep things simple. Your quote will include three clear package options (plus a premium tier), so you can choose what suits you best without endless back-and-forth.
Premium Package – A full experience with a 5-year warranty and photo-realistic renders.
Value Package – A budget-friendly option with a 1-year warranty.
Mid-Range Package – Our most popular choice, with a 3-year warranty and 3D design.
6. Choosing Products

We’ll include links in your quote for recommended products. You’re welcome to explore and select your favourites. Choosing from these links ensures your quoted price remains accurate.
If you’d prefer to purchase items from local suppliers, that’s fine—just check with us first to make sure everything is compatible. Labour costs may vary depending on your product choices (e.g., small tiles take longer to fit than large ones).
7. Optional Upgrades
You’ll also have the chance to personalise your package with optional extras, such as underfloor heating or premium finishes.
8. While the Quote is Valid

We only take on a limited number of projects at a time to maintain our quality standards. During very busy periods, appointment availability may be paused—so if you’re interested, it’s best to act quickly.
9. Booking Your Project

Once you’re ready to go ahead, we’ll confirm your start date. Smaller projects may be scheduled sooner, but larger ones can take a little more planning. Most start dates are 2–3 months ahead.
We don’t take deposits—payment is only due once the project is completed.
10. Product Selections



When you’re ready, just send us your selected product codes (from the quote links) at least 10 days before your project starts. Need help? We’re happy to pop by and go through options with you.
11. Reviewing Your Design



If your package includes a 3D design, we’ll send it over for review. Let us know if you’d like any tweaks—we want to get it just right before we begin.
12. Confirming the Start Time

As the start date approaches, we’ll confirm your exact start time. Most of our projects kick off around 7:30 AM.
13. The Work Begins

Our standard process includes removing old plasterboard and checking for hidden issues like water damage, especially in older bathrooms. We’ll only leave materials in place if there’s a good reason—like structural constraints.
We never cut corners. Proper prep takes time, but it ensures your bathroom is built to last. Most projects are completed within 5–8 working days.
14. Final Checks

Once the work is done, we’ll do a thorough check to make sure everything’s spot on. Some minor things (like sealant settling) might only become noticeable after 24 hours—just let us know and we’ll return to sort them.
15. Invoice & Payment

Once you’re happy with the result, we’ll send your invoice.
16. We Value Your Feedback

We care about your experience. If something’s not quite right, we’ll do everything we can to make it better. Your feedback also helps us improve for future customers—so thank you.
17. Ongoing Support

Our job doesn’t end when the project does. If any issues crop up during your warranty period, just send us an email. While rare, some product faults (like a leaky tap) can happen, and we’ll get it sorted.
