We do not take a deposit before beginning your bathroom.

Although this places more pressure on our own cash flow, it gives you reassurance that your money remains safe until the agreed work has been completed.

Fixed Prices

The price accepted for your agreed bathroom project is fixed.

Unexpected conditions behind walls and floors are common during bathroom refurbishments. We do not believe these should automatically become a series of additional charges after work has started.

A lower initial quotation is not necessarily better value if thousands of pounds of extras are added later. We prefer to provide a realistic price from the beginning, giving you greater certainty over the total cost.

Up to Five Years’ Warranty

Depending on your chosen package, we provide up to five years’ warranty on our workmanship and the materials we supply and install.

This gives you reassurance that, should a covered issue arise, you will not be left arranging and paying for the repair yourself.

Our Story

Claude’s Tradesmen began as a small father-and-son business in 2014.

At the time, Claude was studying Economics and Finance at the University of Aberdeen, while his father was working for a major local contractor. Having previously operated a housebuilding company abroad, he brought considerable construction and property experience to the business.

We initially completed a range of building projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, extensions and conversions. Over time, bathrooms became our main area of focus.

Bathrooms combine almost every important building skill within one relatively small room. They also have a considerable effect on everyday comfort, property value and quality of life.

By concentrating exclusively on bathrooms, we have been able to refine every stage of the process—from measuring and design to product selection, fitting and long-term aftercare.
