We’re a relatively small team that can complete your next building project. We manage the whole project, supplying all materials and labour, and we offer a complete contracting service: from foundations to internal finishes, so you won’t have to deal with multiple trades yourself. Doing the project with a contractor that does everything, with an in-house team, means that you save a lot of time and money on your next project. Also, you get the peace of mind that you have a fixed price for the whole project.
If you decide to go the multiple trades route, think about all the hassle you get with this. Everybody will blame the other trades for their work, not speaking of the fact that it’s very hard to synchronise multiple trades on site. We’ve seen extension projects taking more than 6 months and this is shocking, an extension wouldn’t take more than 2-3 months for us no matter how bad the weather conditions or complex the project would be.
Our prices won’t be ridiculously cheap, but at an acceptable level. No matter how hard we’d like to offer cheaper prices, all the standards and high wages that construction workers get in Aberdeen mean that we’re forced to have a certain minimum we can work with. Nevertheless, having a very hard working team with a lot of experience and almost everything done in-house, means that the project is done very fast and a relatively reasonable rate.
For this sort of projects the demand is higher than supply, so we can be selective with the projects we do. We get a lot of enquires for commercial projects, but this is not something that we do or want to do. We focus on residential projects, as our team is not huge and commercial projects focus on very large projects that require tens of people.
You’ll need to have a building warrant or/and planning approved or at least architectural drawings for the project before contacting us. We don’t deal with the design aspect of the project.
