We’re a one-stop solution for your building work project. We can offer fully managed projects with all the materials & labour included at a fixed priced. The projects we can undertake including refurbishments, internal alterations, conversions and extensions; on top of these, you can combine all these with a new bathroom or kitchen.
In house team
Almost all the work is done in-house. We rarely use subcontractors, usually only when gas work or electrical work is involved.
Quick completion time
We try to minimise the completion time as much as possible, some extension projects taking only a month from start to finish!
Our prices will always be fixed, no matter how long the project takes or how complicated it becomes.
It takes years and years to really become good at building work and our team members have long construction careers with many achievements.
Your money are safe with us. We don’t ask for deposits and we only invoice for work that has been completed. You’ll get several invoices during the course of the project.
A business has to be efficient in order to be profitable and create value for its customers. We’re always improving ourselves and finding ways to improve our efficiency
Usually, we send our quotes in around a week by email after we discuss your project requirements.
We will not contact you again trough email or phone since we don’t want to put pressure on anyone to accept our quotes, so please contact us if you haven’t received your quote in a week.

We use bank transfers. It’s the best option for both parties: transactions are free of charge for both parties and there’s a clear money trail for money. The bank details will be on the invoice.
Our time is limited and we have to focus on what is the most profitable for us. This usually means a certain minimum of hours in order maximise the efficiency.
The demand for our work can fluctuate, but as a rule of thumb a full bathroom or kitchen refurbishment tend to be the smallest projects we consider.
You should take a quote as soon as possible. Even if you don’t go ahead with the quote, we would be able to quickly update the quote if you decide to go ahead at some point in the future.
